High-performance vertical gangsaws SE
These machines are built to a heavy duty, robust design. Logs are fed in on rollers driven by a central hydraulic unit with automatic synchronous control for optimum adaptation to the saw stroke. The automatic feed interruption guarantees free-cutting of the saw blades at the bottom dead center and prevents an upstroke cut. The overhang of the sash frame is also adjusted automatically to correspond with the feed speed. |

The machines can be fitted with a remote control width adjustment system for frequently changing timber dimensions.

| Logs and cants are fed into the vertical gangsaws by clamping carriages, which can be either ridden by the operator or operated by remote control from a stationary control console in a cabin. Special infeed systems in front of re-cut machines are also available for curve sawing of cants. Wedge separators are used at the outfeed side of the machine to separate center yield from sideboards - these can also be combined with side lumber trim saws. |
