The universal circular gangsaw KCSU with a cutting height of 375 mm / 425 mm can be used as main machine with a remote controlled infeed carriage in small or medium-sized sawmills, with a wide range of products and an annual production volume of 15 to 40,000 m³ per annum.
The machine is designed to process logs up to 700 mm diameter. With it's compact design, it is characterised by high flexibility, excellent machining quality and high availability. |

| The unit's equipment includes protective routers on the infeed side, guide plates for accurate cutting of cants, height adjustment of the saw arbors with servo hydraulics, infeed and outfeed systems with driven feed rollers, a separating system for separating the main product and side lumber and a side lumber trim saw. |

Circular saws - double arbor machines
as reducing machines with cutting heights of 285 mm up to 425 mm in the CSMK series are used in reducer circular saw lines.
The machines are available with two, four or six sawheads which are adjustable with servo cylinders and with a saw sleeve on each side. They can also be equipped with protective routers.
The saw units can be adjusted either by multiple-speed gear motor, servo motor or servo cylinder.
The units can be fitted with four drive motors with an output of up to 200 kW each. The height can be adjusted either electro-mechanically or with servo cylinders. |
