Automatic centering and infeed devices CEL and CEM
are installed in front of board- and gang edgers and designed for high piece counts. Different systems are available to feed the boards. The automatic board edgers can be designed with or without multiple trim saws. Measuring systems with cameras and lasers allow for up to 80 profile scans per board. |

Board edgers and re-cut circular gangsaws
Single arbor machines
The board edgers in the CSM series are built for cutting depths of up to 80 mm with a bottom arbor. For cutting heights from 80 mm to 225 mm, the machines are built with a top arbor and are used as edgers and re-cutting machines. |

Two to six adjustable saws can be installed. Additional saws can be mounted on the outer saw head. Adjustment of saws is carried out by servo cylinders.
Feed speeds up to 350 m/min. |
