As of today the Austrian manufacturer of sorting- and stacking plants SPRINGER Maschinenfabrik AG and the German sawmill machine manufacturer LINCK Holzverarbeitungstechnik GmbH start their close cooperation. Both companies are now capable to quote turnkey installations for the sawmill industry which offers important advantages to their common customers.
By selling their French branch to SPRINGER Maschinenfabrik AG, LINCK Holzverarbeitungstechnik GmbH Germany cleared its range of products and ceded the range of sorting- and stacking plants. This made close cooperation with the Austrian manufacturer SPRINGER Maschinenfabrik AG useful and possible: both companies now have their own, high-tech range of products which makes is possible to quote complete installations for the sawmill industry in common.
Dr. Hansjörg Springer, Managing Director of SPRINGER Maschinenfabrik AG and the directors of LINCK Holzverarbeitungstechnik GmbH, Mr. Volker Geiger and Mr. Karl-Heinz Rumpel, judge this cooperation as an important advantage for their customers: SPRINGER and LINCK have already successfully cooperated in the past in large international orders of the sawmill industry. This new cooperation now improves the handling of ambitious technical projects considerably. Legally, the two companies however remain independent. |
